Just Salad is sprouting some new spots across New Jersey.
According to the New York City-based fast-casual chain, the launches will occur later this year at the Kings Commons shopping center in Middletown and Centerton Square in Mount Laurel.
Founded in 2006, Just Salad is known for its customizable salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups and smoothies, as well as classic offerings and rotating seasonal options. A Certified B Corporation, it also has a reusable bowl program that gives customers the option of buying a $1 reusable bowl and receiving a free salad topping with every use.

The Livingston unit that opened in January also marked the brand’s first drive-thru site. Just Salad said additional ones are coming soon but has not specified where.
At the time, company founder and CEO Nick Kenner said, “This new location reflects our belief that fast food can be redefined – it can be fresh, it can be sustainable, and it can still be convenient.”
