This summer, NJBIZ shared all the honorees across small, medium and large employers, based on the results of a confidential employee survey conducted by BridgeTower Media’s Best Companies Group.
However, the final ranked award lists weren’t presented until Sept. 25, during a lively in-person celebration at the Event Center at iPlay America in Freehold.
NJBIZ recognized nearly 130 companies this year.
How it works
The program confidentially collects survey data, allowing workers to share feedback about their employers, and for those companies to learn from and act on that knowledge. The selected firms show a dedication to their employees’ growth and quality of life.
To be eligible for consideration, organizations must meet several criteria, including having a facility in New Jersey.
Alliance Orthopedics was the awards sponsor of the 2025 Best Places to Work in New Jersey, and Gibbons PC was the major sponsor for the program. Several other organizations also made this event possible.
More about this year’s winners will be included in the upcoming NJBIZ Best Places to Work supplement, publishing Sept. 29.
