TFE Properties acquired a 13-acre property in Burlington Township with plans to build new apartments in the near term.
The East Windsor-based real estate and land development company announced the purchase Oct. 27. Situated at 100 Spectrum Way, the new project will bring 141 units ranging from 800 square feet to 1,419 square feet.
TFE said it anticipates construction on the four-building Spectrum Way to begin within the next few months. Throughout, residents can expect upscale finishes, modern amenities and high-tech conveniences, according to the developer.
“We’re very excited to bring Spectrum Way to Burlington Township,” said TFE Properties Director of Residential Operations Scott Tajfel. He went on to highlight property perks – including the option for a private garage.
The collection will feature nine different layouts with one-, two- and three-bedroom choices. Each apartment will include: in-unit washer & dryer, 9-foot ceilings and large windows for natural lighting. The complex will comprise 29 affordable and 112 market rate units.
“It’s the perfect location for commuters, new families, and anyone who wants to be in the center of it all,” Tajfel added.
Spectrum Way will rise off Foundation Avenue, between Burlington-Mount Holly Road (Route 541) and the Burlington bypass. In addition to proximity to Interstate 295, Route 130 and the New Jersey Turnpike, the property also offers easy access to three local schools. Nearby municipalities include Florence Township and Westhampton.
Residents will also have access to Burlington’s Historic District, as well as other shopping, dining and entertainment options, such as Burlington Riverfront Promenade, Burlington Towne Center, Sylvan Lake Park, and the Delaware River Heritage Trail.
According to TFE Properties President Carey Tajfel, the project marks the company’s entrée to Burlington County. Its apartments roster also includes communities in Lakewood, Long Branch, Somerville, Woodbridge and Brick.
