With its most recent multispecialty clinic opening, JAG Physical Therapy now boasts locations in all 21 New Jersey counties.
The Bridgewater-based practice announced earlier this month it is welcoming clients at its new Hackettstown site, located at 150 Mountain Ave., Unit 1.
The physical and occupational therapy specialist now provides rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams at more than 170 locations across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
In August, JAG was named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing privately held firms in the U.S. Other honors for the company include being named to the 2024 NJBIZ New Jersey Businesses Power List, a finalist for the upcoming 2025 NJBIZ Business of the Year awards and a past recipient of the NJBIZ Health Care Heroes awards.

“Reaching all 21 New Jersey counties is a testament to our team’s dedication to expanding access to exceptional care. We’re proud to be the first physical therapy providers to offer services throughout the entirety of this great state,” JAG President and CEO John Gallucci Jr. said in a statement.
Clinical Director Chris Jacquet supervises the new Hackettstown clinic.
Jacquet joined JAG in 2010. He specializes in mechanical diagnosis and therapy, instrumented soft tissue mobilization as well as cupping to various musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
Jacquet earned a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from Rutgers University and a doctorate in physical therapy and minor in economics from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
JAG Hackettstown is open Monday through Friday. For daily hours or to book an appointment, visit the clinic’s website.
NJBIZ will feature JAG Physical Therapy and President and CEO John Gallucci Jr. in an upcoming issue.
