The Vertex Group-owned concept has since gone on to add spots in Linden and Holmdel.
Its footprint of nearly two dozen restaurants also spans New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland and Virginia.
Vertex’s portfolio also includes KPot Hot Pot & Korean BBQ, Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar and Kinya Ramen & Sushi Bar.
