Chad Bruner has stepped down as the Gloucester County Administrator and is in the process of departing as the Democratic county chairman, the New Jersey Globe has confirmed.

Bruner’s departure has been expected, though not necessarily this year.
It’s not clear if Bruner will remain as chairman of the Rowan University Board of Trustees or as a director of the South Jersey Port Corporation.
Democrats won both seats in last month’s county commissioner race, maintaining control of county government.
