Cigna Healthcare appointed Dominic Viglione general manager for its Middle Market group employer business in New York and New Jersey. In this role, Dominic will guide market growth for clients with 500–2,999 employees by shaping local strategy, enhancing customer value and ensuring product and network offerings align with evolving needs. He reports to regional vice president Tony Contessa and will work alongside general manager Jeff Berardo, who oversees Cigna Healthcare’s Select segment for new and existing clients with fewer than 500 employees. Dominic will also collaborate with leaders across sales, network, clinical and community engagement teams to strengthen Cigna Healthcare’s regional presence. A long-time NY/NJ leader, he brings deep operational experience from roles in sales, account management and underwriting, along with a strong commitment to employer and customer success.
