Gov. Phil Murphy will deliver his final State of the State Address in Trenton Jan. 13.
The speech takes place at 3 p.m. from the Assembly Chamber at the State House.
Murphy will put a punctuation mark on his eight years in office, as Gov.-elect Mikie Sherrill waits in the wings to take the helm from the term-limited governor when she is sworn in Jan. 20.
The governor says it has been the highest honor of his life to serve as leader of “our great Garden State.”
“Together, we have built a New Jersey that is stronger and fairer than ever,” said Murphy. “As we approach the end of our journey, this much is clear: our state’s future has never been brighter.”
The address will be livestreamed here.
