Healthy fast casual fresh&co is adding a third outpost in New Jersey.
The new location joins the lineup at HQ Plaza in Morristown. The concept serves a chef-inspired, locally sourced menu. Its offerings include seasonal items for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
The eatery makes its debut Jan. 13 on the main level of the complex. fresh&co will offer $7 salads, grain bowls and market table pastas throughout the day Tuesday to celebrate.
The New York City-based brand partners with local farmers and also runs a farm on Long Island to ensure it uses only the highest-quality fruits and veggies in its kitchens. It was founded in 2010, amid growing consumer demand for healthier food options that are easily accessible and affordable.
The family-owned restaurant group kicked off franchising in 2018. It now has 17 locations across New York, Connecticut and Florida. Within New Jersey, fresh&co has spots in Newark and Westfield.
Morristown marks the second fresh&co location for Vishal and Bhavna Ajwani. The husband-wife pair introduced the brand to Westfield in 2023.
“The Ajwanis are longtime fans of the brand and are focused on bringing fresh&co’s chef-designed, customizable menu and commitment to high-quality ingredients to the Morris-town community,” the company said.

Following the grand opening, fresh&co Morristown will be open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and weekends 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

At HQ Plaza, fresh&co joins the retail lineup as the 1 million-square-foot complex celebrates a multi-year transformation effort. The work aimed to modernize the property, formerly known as Headquarters Plaza.
Along with major interior and exterior upgrades, the multimillion dollar project has revitalized the main concourse, added new public plaza spaces, as well as expanded dining and amenities at the mixed-use property.
Eateries that have opened at HQ Plaza within the past three years include Sushi Lounge, Parkside Tavern, Masseria Italian Steakhouse and 1776 Morristown.
