Porzio Bromberg & Newman PC is celebrating the official opening of its new corporate headquarters in Parsippany.
The multidisciplinary law firm left Morristown for 43,000 square feet at The Arbors @ Parsippany at 5 Sylvan Way.
Porzio says the move is part of its continued growth strategy. Additionally, it will help facilitate development in existing and future locations, the firm said. It specifically noted office expansion in Manhattan, as well as its recent office launch in Naples, Fla.
Porzio’s move to Parsippany marks the first outside of Morristown since its founding in 1962. The arrival comes about a year after its announcement.
“Our firm has been in Morristown for its entire existence, so it took something spectacular to lure us to a new location, admittedly only a few miles away,” Porzio Managing Principal Vito Gagliardi Jr. commented last January.
Onxy Equities completed a $15 million capital improvement campaign at The Arbors @ Parsippany in 2023. Situated on 60 acres, the five-building, 89,000-square-foot The Arbors campus offers NJ Transit shuttle service, and in-demand lifestyle amenities, along with walking paths and connections to major roadways.
Porzio said it sought to reflect the community it supports with the new space: “environmentally focused and steadfast in giving back.”
Porzio has more than 100 attorneys across 10 locations in:
- Delaware
- Florida
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- New York
- Pennsylvania
- Puerto Rico
The new office features an open concept, increased natural lighting and standing desks for all employees, the firm said. The accommodations offer flexibility for remote and in-person work.
The space also features an on-site health center, larger cafeteria space and EV chargers, Porzio said. A revitalized town hall space will allow for community and legal industry events, along with hybrid corporate training.
“With our brand new headquarters and our reimagined branding, we are proudly stepping into a brighter future at Porzio. This past year has been one of incredible growth, and these strategic changes mark the beginning of our renewed investment into our community and our clients,” said Gagliardi said in a Feb. 2 press release.
“We are celebrating our longstanding history, while pushing Porzio forward as we continue to develop not only our physical spaces, but an evolved practice offering, better serving our clients across the country,” he continued.
Art throughout the building comes from members of the Matheny fine arts program. The nonprofit supports local children and adults with special needs and medically complex developmental disabilities.

Additionally, Porzio said it recycled most of its previous furniture, donating unused pieces to the New Providence Public Library, Catholic Charities, Homeless Solutions and Matheny.
Beyond the new office, Porzio also recently expanded its bankruptcy & financial restructuring practice.
Additionally, the firm continues to invest in its subsidiaries, Porzio Compliance Services and Porzio Governmental Affairs. Also on Tuesday, the latter announced a strategic integration with Association Business Solutions. The move aims to strengthen its association management practice and overall ability to serve new Jersey nonprofit and association clients.
