Another New Jersey law firm is celebrating a new headquarters as it invests in long-term growth and client-serving capabilities.
Lindabury announced its move from Westfield to New Providence Feb. 3. According to the firm, it maintained its previous Cardinal Drive address since 1989.
Now based at 430 Mountain Ave., Lindabury occupies a new, 17,000-square-foot Class A workspace featuring a custom design.
The firm said it crafted its new surroundings to support today’s legal profession. The space facilitates flexibility, collaboration and efficiency.
Beyond adaptable work areas, the new office also features videoconferencing capabilities, digital library resources, and upgraded infrastructure to support attorney training and professional development. The focus on honing the craft and providing educational opportunities appeared as a key feature in Porzio Bromberg & Newman PC’s headquarters move – also announced this week – as well.
“This move reflects Lindabury’s commitment to both our clients and our legal team,” said firm President Eric Levine. He added the new headquarters positions Lindabury for continued success.
The firm said it worked with architects Studio 1200, Seventy-Four Construction, BFI Furniture and Alliance Telecommunications. JLL also helped secure and execute the relocation. The firm previously facilitated the sale of the property in 2020. That same year, law firm Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton LLC moved its Rochelle Park office to the property.
JLL Senior Managing Director Blake Goodman led the team representing Lindabury, with support from Senior Vice President Derek DeMartino. A different JLL team represented the landlord, a Lindabury spokesperson said. They noted Lindabury worked with JLL Senior Vice President, Workplace Strategy Kimberly Smith.

In New Providence, Lindabury highlighted the design of multiple conference rooms with intentional accommodates for arbitration, mediation and client meetings. Executive Vice President Monica Vir said the design supports how “attorneys and clients work today.”
According to materials from JLL, 430 Mountain Ave. is one of two connected buildings. Situated on 24 acres, with park-like surroundings, the 179,821-square-foot building recent received $3 million in renovations.
Lindabury’s new lease term is 10 years with renewal options.
