Former Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo has landed a new job.
According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, the Dolphins have hired Patullo as their pass-game coordinator. He joins Miami offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik on the Dolphins’ offensive staff.
Patullo struggled during his first season as an NFL play-caller in 2025. He was a major reason the Eagles loss in the first-round of the playoffs, and the team ultimately removed from his OC position after the year.
Some thought Patullo could return to the Eagles next season in a new position, but that won’t happen now.
Two weeks ago, the Eagles hired 33-year-old offensive coordinator Sean Mannion to fix Patullo’s offensive mess and establish a new scheme.
On paper, the Eagles had one of the most talented offenses in the NFL this past season, but it never came to fruition. The offensive line regressed, wide receiver A.J. Brown had a down year and quarterback Jalen Hurts was inconsistent.
While this made Patullo’s job more difficult, he never found solutions. The Eagles finished the year ranked 24th in total offense, 23rd in passing, 18th in rushing, 19th in scoring and near the bottom of many other offensive categories. That is a disappointing result considering most of the team’s money is tied up in the offense.
Patullo could rebuild his coaching career with the Dolphins and eventually get another shot as an offensive coordinator.
