One of New Jersey’s top law firms is expanding its practice to Georgia.
In a Feb. 9 press release, Roseland-based Brach Eichler LLC announced the launch of a location in Alpharetta.
According to the firm, the newly opened site will serve as a satellite office for its labor and employment practice.
Attorneys in the Georgia location will advise and represent clients on matters such as employment litigation, workplace compliance, employee classification, wage and hour issues, discrimination and harassment claims, restrictive covenants and day-to-day human resources counseling, Brach Eichler said.
Commenting on the opening, Brach Eichler Managing Member John Fanburg said it will allow the firm “to better serve our clients in a region experiencing significant business growth.”
“Georgia’s dynamic economy and expanding workforce make it an ideal location for our labor and employment team, and we are excited to bring our practical, business-focused approach to employers across the Southeast,” he said.
Just peachy
The office will serve as a base for Brach Eichler member Eric Magnelli’s practice focused on labor and employment matters, as well as a broad range of complex commercial litigation, construction disputes and contract disputes, the firm said.

Magnelli’s specialties include counseling, investigating and litigation issues such as discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, discipline, discharge, layoffs, collective bargaining agreements, reasonable accommodations, applicable wage and hour laws, compliance with family and medical leave laws and ERISA/OSHA regulations.
He also conducts training in these areas for executives, directors, managers, supervisors and employees, Brach Eichler said.
Magnelli said he is “excited to help grow Brach Eichler’s presence in Georgia and build strong client relationships as we launch this next chapter in the firm’s expansion.”
Brach Eichler labor and employment practice co-chairs Anthony Rainone and Matthew Collins described the addition of a dedicated presence in Georgia as “a natural next step for our practice and for the firm.”
“With the opening of our Alpharetta office, we are positioned to provide employers with hands-on, locally informed counsel, backed by the depth, experience, and resources of a full-service firm,” they said in a joint statement.
Since its founding in 1967, Brach Eichler has grown into a full-service law firm with more than 90 attorneys across four offices. Its practice areas include health care, real estate, litigation, corporate transactions, personal injury, criminal defense, government investigations, environmental and land use, family law, intellectual property, trusts and estates, tax and cannabis.
Besides its Eisenhower Parkway headquarters in Roseland, Brach Eichler has offices in New York City and West Palm Beach, Fla.
