A popular Asian beauty retailer has made its U.S. debut in New Jersey.
Following its Feb. 14 grand opening, ‘Kiokii and…’ now has a flagship at American Dream in East Rutherford.
Founded in 2022, the Toronto-based concept seeks to bring the latest Asian beauty innovations and trends to North America. The chain offers a curated mix of trendy skin care, makeup, beauty and lifestyle products from Korea, Japan and China at accessible price points.
Currently, Kiokii has more than 24 stores across Canada. By the end of 2026, it expects to have 50 outposts in North America, according to Retail Insider.
American Dream Chief Marketing Officer Adam Petrick commented on the launch. “Kiokii and… brings a dynamic and globally influential beauty perspective to American Dream. As we continue to introduce first-to-market concepts and sought-after international brands, this flagship further strengthens our position as a premier destination for beauty, fashion, and culture,” Petrick said.
To celebrate its arrival at American Dream, the store will offer free gifts with the purchase of two or more products from the Flower Knows brand through Feb. 28. Freebies include sticker sheets, hair clips and eyeshadow blush charms.
Shoppers who purchase four or more Flower Knows items will receive a hand mirror worth $25, the chain said. Additionally, any customer who buys a Flower Knows product will also be entered for a chance to win a grand prize.
