After a successful debut, the Coolest Thing Made in New Jersey competition will return for 2026.
The New Jersey Business & Industry Association and the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program power the contest through their Manufacturing Counts partnership. This year’s event is presented by Withum.
Organizers aim to build on last year’s strong engagement by reopening nominations for the second annual contest. The Coolest Thing Made in New Jersey celebrates creativity, impact and craftsmanship in products made in the Garden State. The 2025 event drew nearly 40,000 online votes, crowning Wayne-headquartered Geared Power’s BioGuard UVC mask as the winner
Officials say the goal is to once again spotlight the innovation and economic impact of New Jersey manufacturers.
