Bergen County Shops Have Top Noodle Dishes
NJ.com has shared their picks for N.J.’s 25 best bowls of noodles, 2026 update (Read Full Story).
They come in many forms like ramen, pho and pasta–with “New Jersey offers some of the very best noodle dishes”.
Presumably looking far and wide across the garden state they found “some old favorites mixed in with new discoveries”.
For Bergen County, four of the twenty five spots were in the mix:
Ash reshteh from Kabob On the Cliff in Cliffside Park, Englewood, Ridgewood and Rutherford (Website)–the dish features chickpeas, kidney beans, green lentils, herbs and greens with thin noodles
Soba noodles from Soba Noodle Azuma in Fort Lee (Website)–with the thin buckwheat noodle dish shared as the “perfect fixing”
Tonkatsu toowoomba pasta from Jujung in Palisades Park (Website)–the dish includes pork tonkatsu and linguine tossed in a “luscious, savory sauce”
Pho tai nam gau from Pho Today in East Rutherford and Fort Lee (Website)–it’s “sure to warm up anyone on a cold day”
Plus the Lobster macaroni from Bar Mutz Westwood (Website) and the Sinigang ramen from Tenmomi in Rutherford (Website).
