Xbeerimental Brewing Co is Coming Soon to Hackensack
A new craft brewery concept is preparing to take shape in Hackensack.
Xbeerimental Brewing Co. is coming to 283 Main Street, where founder and head brewer Harry Peck is preparing to expand his longtime homebrewing passion into a full-scale brewing operation.
Peck has been homebrewing for more than a decade, developing a style focused on experimentation and globally inspired ingredients. According to the brewery’s concept, Xbeerimental aims to blend history, culture, and science into each batch—creating beers that tell a story through unique flavor profiles and unconventional brewing techniques.
Rather than focusing only on mainstream craft styles, the brewery plans to explore forgotten and historic beer styles, reinterpreting them with modern twists and creative ingredient combinations. The goal is to push boundaries while still respecting the traditions that shaped the world of brewing.
The project recently reached a milestone, with Peck announcing that the lease has officially been signed, allowing construction to begin on the new brewery space.
Once complete, the Main Street location is expected to become a gathering spot for beer enthusiasts looking for something different from the typical craft lineup.
An official opening date has not yet been announced.
