Thai & Mexican Station, located at 235 Paterson Avenue, is preparing to introduce a menu that fuses the flavors of Thailand and Mexico.
According to the business’s social media, the restaurant is rooted in a personal story: two chefs, one Thai and one Mexican, bringing their cultures together in one kitchen.
The couple describes their journey as “Two chefs. Two cultures. One marriage,” combining family recipes, street food inspiration, and scratch-made dishes into a single concept.
No official opening date has been announced.
