Multifamily property management firm Sparrow Management is celebrating five years of business building on rapid growth.
Sparrow oversees a portfolio comprising nearly 2,000 units. The Bloomfield-based company said 2025 marked its strongest yet.
After adding nine properties to its purview last year, another five are set to join throughout the second quarter, according to a March 11 announcement.
Sparrow founder and President Brian Gretkowski described the anniversary as a milestone. “What began as a focused vision has grown into a dynamic platform gaining real momentum in the marketplace,” he said.
