Cushman & Wakefield, Aon and Bank of America recently presented Path to the Board at Canoe Brook County Club in Summit.
The Nov. 18 premier leadership networking event convened senior leaders across industries to share insights into board, service, governance and leadership development.
Aon Senior Vice President Sonia Pollack led the program. Bank of America Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager Stefanie Osur and Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Kim Brennan also co-hosted.
According to a December announcement from Cushman & Wakefield, the Path to the Board drew professionals from the health care, chemicals, pharmaceutical (animal health) and insurance industries.
“This event was created to offer female leaders a clearer understanding of what board service entails and to allow our panelists to share the realities of their own paths,” said Brennan. “Their firsthand experiences provide valuable perspective for anyone considering board opportunities as these are important roles in the business community and we want to empower women to push to be a part of them.”
