Inspira Health is changing up its executive ranks, promoting longtime leader Warren Moore to an expanded role.
The Mullica Hill health care system announced Moore’s appointment as president and chief operating officer Jan. 20.
Moore will oversee operations across Inspira Health‘s network of hospitals, health centers and outpatient locations. And he will continue to foster strategic partnerships to enhance access to care and bolster clinical expertise in South Jersey, Inspira said.
Previously, Moore served as executive vice president and COO. He joined the system in 2021. During his more than four years in those posts, Inspira said Moore played a pivotal role in advancing the health care system’s mission. He will report directly to CEO Amy Mansue.
Mansue previously held both the chief executive officer and president titles. She will continue as CEO, Inspira said. In addition to maintaining her day-to-day responsibilities, she will also expand her focus on external priorities and community engagement.

“I grew up in a small town not so different from the communities Inspira is privileged to serve,” Moore said. “The hard-working people of South Jersey deserve care that is local, accessible, and of the highest quality and safety.”
Before joining Inspira Health, Moore spent more than two decades with Children’s Specialized Hospital, including serving as president and CEO for over five years, according to his LinkedIn profile. At RWJBarnabas Health, which Children’s Specialized is part of, Moore also led the system-wide pediatric service line.
“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Warren for over 20 years,” added 2025 NJBIZ Executive of the Year Mansue. “His bold vision for community-based healthcare and his exceptional ability to turn ideas into reality represent a tremendous win for the entire Inspira family.”
Since coming on board, Inspira Health has made several big plays to expand its reach and impact. In 2023, the provider completed its acquisition of the former Salem Medical Center. In Woodbury, the provider opened a new pavilion, with satellite emergency department in 2024. That same year, Inspira got to work on a $240 million expansion in Mullica Hill that will add 168,000 square feet of clinical space, along with more parking.
With roots dating to 1899, Inspira Health comprises four hospitals, two comprehensive cancer centers, nine multispecialty health centers and locations across South Jersey.
