Several new retail and dining options are joining the mix at Cherry Hill Mall.
In a Jan. 26 press release, the PREIT-owned shopping center announced the following openings:
- Luxury fashion brand Coach
- Active and casual apparel seller Offline by Aerie
- Character-based entertainment company Pop Mart
- Fast-casual Japanese concept Suki Hana
PREIT Chief Revenue Officer Joe Aristone said the new arrivals “reflect the sustained interest we continue to see from both national and specialty retailers seeking a presence at Cherry Hill Mall.”
“Each addition enhances the overall experience for our shoppers while con-tributing to the long-term strength and momentum of the property,” he said.

Sporting goods retailer Dick’s House of Sport is also working to open at the Route 38 property, PREIT noted.
The 120,000-square-foot experiential retail concept from Dick’s Sporting Goods is slated to debut this year, according to the Philadelphia-based firm. Along with selling various sporting goods, the location will offer interactive experiences like golf bays, climbing walls and multisport cages.
Since unveiling the concept in 2021, the sporting goods retailer has launched more than 20 Dick’s House of Sport stores nationwide. By the end of 2027, Dick’s expects to have 75 to 100 locations across the U.S.
Dick’s House of Sport made its New Jersey debut last fall with back-to-back openings at Newport Centre in Jersey City and Freehold Raceway Mall in Freehold. A site is also planned for Rockaway Townsquare in Rockaway.
