Latimer will provide strategic leadership across Fulton Financial Advisors in fiduciary governance, risk management and compliance. He was formerly Director of Fiduciary Services at Fulton. Previously, he served as a Trust Officer for a multi-family office, providing planning and solutions for ultra-high net-worth families.
He holds a J.D. from Drexel University School of Law and the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. He also serves as a board member for the Lancaster Bar Association and on the Trust Advisory Committee for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
