Basking Ridge-based fertility services provider IVI RMA North America is rebranding as Everleap Fertility.
With a network that spans nine different practices across the U.S., Everleap Fertility CEO Lynn Mason said in the Oct. 13 announcement that it is “the right time to unite under one name.”
Given the “massive change in the science of fertility and how we deliver care,” Mason said the updated identity signals “our collective focus on the next leap forward in reproductive medicine.”
She highlighted Everleap Fertility’s commitment to “ever-advancing standards across our clinics, ever-more personalized treatment delivered by expert local teams and ever-better experiences for every person …”
Everleap Fertility is a subsidiary of IVI Institute in Spain. It has more than 65 clinics and 26 IVF laboratories in the U.S. as well as a team of over 200 physicians and embryologists.
Practices under the Everleap Fertility umbrella:
- RMA
- Boston IVF
- Conceptions Reproductive Associates
- Delaware Institute for Reproductive Medicine
- Ohio Reproductive Medicine
- Wilmington Fertility Center
- Mid-Iowa Fertility
- Island Reproductive Services
- Reproductive Care Center
Mason said, “We’ve built something remarkable across nine brands … each with deep roots in their communities, extraordinary clinical talent and a shared commitment to patients.”
Some of Everleap Fertility’s latest milestones include:
- Teaming up with big box warehouse chain Costco and cash-pay health care platform Sesame to make fertility treatment more accessible and affordable
- Partnering with TMRW Life Sciences to bring the first fully automated embryology lab from Conceivable Life Sciences to the U.S. in 2027
- Launching an AI-powered assistant in its North American proprietary electronic medical records, workflow and clinical intelligence platform to help clinicians analyze patient data, streamline documentation and support personalized fertility care
Everleap Fertility is a 2026 NJBIZ Empowering Women honoree. The company also has partnerships with leading academic institutions, such as the University of North Carolina, Jefferson University, Harvard University and the University of Utah.
A closer look: IVI Institute Fertility Barometer
Alongside the rebrand announcement, Everleap Fertility presented the findings of the inaugural IVI Institute Fertility Barometer.
The report found that 21% of U.S. women (14.3 million) have experienced infertility. Meanwhile, 6% (4.3 million) are dealing with the condition right now. Additionally, concerns about success rates, emotional stress and costs deter from some pursuing IVF, the study said.
It went on to say improving access to fertility care requires better education and trusted information – not just affordability – to help women understand their options and when to seek treatment.

Other findings:
- 83% of those surveyed are already mothers or want to have children
- 34% of women who planned to start a family at a certain age had their first child later than hoped and had about one fewer child than planned
- 63% of respondents who have experienced infertility said it had a substantial negative impact on their lives
- More than 75% of women who have experienced infertility have consulted a doctor about it. But only 17% have undergone IVF; 63% of those who received IVF successfully had a baby
Mason commented, “Too many women are wanting to build a family but lacking the information, guidance, or support they need to understand their own fertility and family building options. These findings reinforce our commitment at Everleap Fertility to bring fertility care to people earlier, provide greater clarity on paths to family building, advocate for access to care, and make each patient’s journey more personalized and understandable.”
Mason went on, “Each woman deserves a trusted fertility partner who can help them understand their choices, the current science, and feel confident and supported about the path ahead.”
