RANKINGS
1. Pennington (6-1-1; LW-1) >> Red Hawks have a nice test on Tuesday at Springside Chestnut Hill. “It’s what we want to do all along. We never take anything for granted and we’ve had some good battles with them,” co-coach Dr. Bill Hawkey said.
2. Princeton Day (9-0; LW-2) >> Perfect cross. Perfect run. Perfect finish. Top of the CVC.
3. Allentown (8-2; LW-4) >> Five straight wins and all by shutout.
4. Princeton High (6-2; LW-3) >> The fine margins went against the Tigers this past week as they dropped a pair of 1-0 results.
5. Notre Dame (6-4; LW-5) >> Irish were competitive against undefeated Point Pleasant Boro, then lost to Robbinsville and finished with win over Shore Regional. Translation: You don’t know what you’re going to get.
6. Lawrence (6-3; LW-NR) >> Cards’ 3-0 week came at a price as senior standout Becca Boggs suffered season-ending injury.
7. Peddie (3-3-1; LW-NR) >> Falcons began MAPL play with resounding 5-0 win over Lawrenceville.
