The 14th annual TD James Moody Festival will return to Newark this November.
Billed as New Jersey’s largest jazz fest, the 2025 event is set to run Nov. 8–23. The yearly showcase draws thousands to Newark, according to New Jersey Performing Arts Center. It aims to highlight the musical genre as a cultural force for social justice, according to organizers.
This year, TD Bank returns as a sponsor of the event. The Mount Laurel-based financial institution has supported the festival since its inception.
“TD Bank has been an active supporter of the festival since it began, sponsoring free community performances and educational events, as well as mainstage concerts showcasing jazz superstars,” commented TD Bank Commercial Market President Martin Melilli. “We are very proud to continue our relationship with NJPAC and the TD James Moody Jazz Festival as they work to educate and inspire through jazz.
“At TD, we believe music and the arts are a universal language we all speak, and they both have a special way of inspiring positive change and connecting diverse communities.”
New for this year, TD Bank cardholders in attendance at the TD James Moody Jazz festival can access special perks, such as discounted tickets and exclusive access.
