Inspira Health announced Oct. 13 that CEO Amy Mansue will retire at the end of 2026. Warren Moore, currently president and chief operating officer of the Mullica Hill health care system, will step into the leadership role.
A constant on the NJBIZ Healthcare Power Lists and 2025 Executive of the Year, Mansue has led Inspira Health for six years. She joined the network from RWJBarnabas Health.
“Leading Inspira has been one of the great privileges of my career,” Mansue said in the announcement. “I’m proud of what our team has accomplished and grateful for the trust of our communities.”
Moore joined Inspira in 2021 and served as executive vice president and COO before his role expanded in January. He brings more than 35 years of industry experience to his new position.
“After working alongside Warren for many years, I know his ability to bring people together, navigate complex challenges and understand what our patients and neighbors count on us to deliver,” Mansue added. “I have every confidence in his leadership of Inspira’s next chapter.”
On the agenda
According to Inspira Health, Moore’s immediate priorities include opening the new tower at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill, as well as optimizing Epic. The system recently launched the electronic health record platform.
“The needs of South Jersey will always shape every decision we make at Inspira,” Moore said. “Our commitment is to ensure people can receive the services they need, close to home, and to earn their trust every day.”

Moore added that he was grateful for Mansue’s leadership.
During her tenure, Inspira has increased operating revenue 52% and has expanded its services to reach 330,000 patients each year.
Dawn Flitcraft is chair of the Inspira Health Network Board of Trustees. She said Moore will build on the strong foundation Mansue created. He “is the right leader to guide Inspira through the rapidly evolving health care landscape while positioning the organization for continued success,” Flitcraft said.
